Hello(((everyone))), Apologies but I didn't even know we had a depression support board on here. I have a loooongggggggg history of depression, used to be called re-active when I was a teen but about 6yrs ago diagnosed with Seasonal Affective Disorder & a bit before that with Dysthimia which is constant, lower level depression. I can understand about the warm bubble bath. I tend to go for a sauna in the sports centre and use it to stretch the limbs etc to relax when I am needing. & this morning had the electricity person is to re-set my pre-payment meter after I had emailed them the figures and told them I was on benefit. And instead of reducing my fixed charge from £4.50 a week, it has nearly doubled to £7.00 so I am quietly weeping with xfmScotland on in the background. Anyway enough of me, if anyone does want to chat have a rant I've always been a good listner and am a caring person. Now I know I am not alone finding you folks on here:D Tc x.0

The plumbers came back today. They managed to get to the flat upstairs and they have a leaky radiator so it is thought (or hoped.lol.) that the leak is actually coming from that, because if it isn't then we are all stumped to be honest.
I found out that the reason the hot water wasn't coming out of the bath tap was because a part of the tap had broken or something along those lines so the plumber fitted a new one.
I also got told that I will be getting £10 a week for having the humidifier in my home because the leak isn't my fault so I get paid to have this great big machine.lol.
I also got my letter from DWP about my DLA and it's good news. My care rate has increased. Mobility rate is still the same but most of my needs are care based anyway. I feel really guilty for being entitled though.I filled the forms in myself (even though people say you should get a professional to fill them in) but I've been filling in forms since I was 8 years old as I had to fill them in for my mum and nan. At least I'm good at something I guess. :rotfl:
I'm not feeling too great today but the plumbers cheered me up - as weird as that sounds. They are so friendly and nice. Easy on the eye too.I'm single so I can look.lol.
Things are hard at the moment. I really need to tidy up but I can't bring myself to face it.
My best friend and I had a long chat last night about where I come from and the abuse and everything. I told her something I have never told anyone before and she was so understanding. I wish we lived closer.
I hate people touching me but I need a hug right now.
I just want to say welcome to all of the new posters.

Hi All You Lovely People!
Sorry i have not been on since my B'day/Court, I'd like to say TY for all the kind wishes.
The Court went well but the house still has to be sorted out yet, so in other words, the closure has not happened.
Anyway, after some great advice from our sazzbomber i came to terms that i had not got over the relationship and also the stress of the fight , I then booked an appointment to see my GP.
She wrote out a prescription for AD's which she said would help me until she refered me for councelling. The AD's i told her I did not want to take (been down that road) but I would attend councelling sessions. She advised me that it would bring me to a middle level and that If I continued the way I was that i could be on the verge of having a breakdown, but still I refused but she gave me the prescription anyway. If i really get down again I'll then re-think.
Sunday was a real bummer, was playing football on the astroturff, running to fast i fell str8 down and broke two ribs, talk about bleedin pain!
Ended up in A&E getting strapped up, so also got AB's & PK's.
Not gonna rant on, now that i have times on my hand i'll now be able to read back the thread and post more often.
Hope your all having a good week

Hi everyone, just wanted to sort of update you after yesterday. OH turned his phone back on early this morning and has been texting whenever he's had time, which was nice, much more like usual :lovethoug This evening we've been chatting online and he actually rang me for 5 minutes, I feel very cheery now, even though I'm poorly today and had to go to the doctors! I think me losing it last night might've had a good result at least, even if it was awful at the time
I'm just glad he's ok again, we've been talking about wedding plans and I'm getting smiley texts now so I know he's feeling better. Had to waste £90 on a new phone though
Just want to thank you for all your support last night, especially you saz :kisses3: You do know best!
Xx:heartpuls:heartpuls
