Hi hun, hello and welcome :)

sorry to hear bout your phone, dam annoying that musta been, i keep thinking how i lived without a phone :rotfl:, but i musta done it at one point.

Aww pets are good arent they, better go check on my little one, she is full of energy atm, tho her back legs keep going the poor thing, she will try and use them but they keep going from underneath her :(

My parents also suffer with depression, it can definately be passed down the generations, glad you can research it, always helps to find out as much as we can

    take care

    xx

Thank you :) I'm not 100% sure if I have depression, so will be going Doc's after holiday next week as too busy this week.

I just don't know what else could be wrong with me, as for about 2-2.5 years I've had big ups and big downs emotionally, I think it all went down hill when my friend died, I then finished school not knowing what I want to be, not feeling ready, getting bullied at work, going back to education to do college and having trouble adjusting to my mum having the first real boyfriend after splitting up with my dad (I know I'm 18, and old enough to understand that she needs someone, it's just hard having to adjust to someone new living in my house)

I think all these things have just accumulated(sp?) and made me very very low, but if I remember back as far as I can, I can't remember being happy ever really.

 Hello Maverick I don't think I've said hello to you before so Hi and welcome to the thread. Hope you're finding it helpful.

I hope your appointments went well.

budget_budd Hello, How are you? How was your support group today?

Lucyeff Welcome to the thread. Everyone is really friendly and helpful here so I'm sure you will get lots of good advice and support.

Sorry to hear that you're feeling quite unwell at the moment. If it is the medication then the side effects usually wear off. It might be that you've caught an infection from your children. Prozac was the very first antidepressant that I tried. I don't recall any side-effects and for me, it didn't help my condition at all. I think you should continue taking the medication and if you still feel the same in a couple of weeks then perhaps make an appointment with your GP to discuss it further. Definitely don't stop taking the medication without the Doctor's consent.

I hope things start to look up for you soon.

CCStar Glad to hear that you've had a good few days. Do you feel settled in your new place?

Tulip congratulations1zn7.gifon your success with your poems :T great news.

geminilady :hello: I haven't spoken to you in sooo long. How are you? (((HUGS)))

shazrobo It sounds like you've had a good day. It's nice to treat ourselves every now and then :) The new trainers will be perfect for your holiday :)

JayleighAnn Hi ya! How long is your hair with the extensions? Sorry to hear about your phone :( at least you will eventually get a replacement.

I'm pleased that you got to speak with your friend. It sounds like she's being supportive.

Pets are great listeners :D and they don't tell everyone your secrets :) Sometimes you feel better even if it's just the cat that you've told whatever to :)

rosie I'm guessing it's probably quite manic in rosie world at the moment. 8 days and counting eh :)xxx

poppycracker Sending you (((HUGS))) Thinking of you xxx

kacie Welcome to the thread. People are lovely here. What things have you already tried to try and aid sleep? Have you tried hot milk? Lavender on your pillow? Have you tried any over the counter sleeping tablets? If it's getting really bad and it's leaving you completely exhausted I would recommend that you see your GP for further advice.

Woohoo! I'm normal! Gotta go tell the cat.
