Evening all. I'm not usually here at this time, but can't sleep tonight and didn't fancy laying in bed letting my head think crazy thoughts, so I decided to come down here and think crazy thoughts instead!

Im orry to hear that. How long have you suffered with it? I know it feels nerve racking coming on this thread. i was to and so was alot of others. Its hard at first as you dont know what to say, how to say it ect.

But dont be, try be yourself and say what you feel, how you feel when you feel it. Dont worry what others would think.

It took me ages to post on this thread.Like many others to , it feels awkward at first, a bit scary even but once you have posted afew times, you will get so much support and caring ppl and advice like I have done from so many nice ppl.

My depression has been going on years and years. I was diagnosed with personality disoder. I suffer agrophobia, anxiey, panic attacks and have a eating disorder. But Ihave a son so I have to get better and I have been trying so hard but so much stuff keeps happening that it drags me back down.I dont have friends that i can talk to.Or family tbh.

I suffer with my seeping to, did for years until I got prescribed zispin. Its another antidepressant on top of another I take, that has been the onlt that has helped me fall asleep.I have moved now so things are really hard for me. I am on the waiting list for counselling so I am hopig it will help me.

Is there thinsg troubleing you at the mo for you to feel the way you do?Im not being nosey, just trying to help but understand if you dont want to say. Just feel free to say what you want.Sending you hugs xx

I suffer from anxiety and panic attacks, and also really struggling with self-harm at the moment. That sounds like a lot to deal with. Do you get help and support?
