I'm a lurker on this thread but was interested to read that you look at GCSE syllabi, download them and study.

Did you know that you could study for an OU degree without A levels and they have a number of RS related courses. If you are on benefits you would probably get funding for the courses.

The link to the RS courses is

a link to the area of the site related to financial support is

    Hi gilly-badgie!:hello:
    Hoping you're well angel - you're sounding a happy badgie.wink.gif
    Ok,
Make me go outside and cut the lawns. I can't make the arguement that it's too hot so I'l wait for later....and then say I can't do it coz it's too late.
I've been on course today. I've dealt with a family thing that's been hanging over me.....and I am feelng a bit more optimistic. If I get the garden done now I have the weekend to start the revision that I sorely need to do.
Oh Tiff my mock was 73%. But it was easy.
I haven't had my practical mock marked yet.....that would be a more serious score to pay attention of. Sun's shining. In a month I'll have the exam out of the way.
Well done on sorting your family issue and getting a good grade on your mock theory gilly and good luck for the practical mock exam hunnie!action-smiley-033.gif

    Hi everyone

Well had a fitful nights sleep and woke up early this morning feeling dreadful again. I had felt a bit better yesterday but this morning!!!! Got up and came down to write down my thoughts. I found the original notes I had done in 2006 when my boss had a major melt down at me in a full office and decided to add my thoughts to that. Its helped a little but I still don't want to go to work there anymore.

I'm looking for another job but there isn't much about and i've got to give 8 weeks notice plus time off for work related stress doesn't look good on my CV!

Anyway its sunny and warm, so that's a bonus and I'm going to try and think positive thoughts all day.

    Chris

Went out in this lovely sunshine to the shops - got a £65 jacket for £20 in a closing down sale. Got some white chairs to go with our garden furniture - not the expensive wooden stuff but some OK old stuff which does the job.

Went for walk to the beach to see the stars, you see loads when there is a small/no moon. Went to the pub on the way, met some interesting people.

Out to the dentist today - costs so much:eek: - I have to pay for 3 of ours privately.

Then going out in the sun again - being at home is nice but prefer to go out when it is nice

paid well over a thousand pounds, that was for all dividing walls, living room, kitchen, and bedrooms, but was well worth the investment, as her next door was adding to my stress. i'll have a look tommorrow for paperwork, cant remember what it was called, but it came in big sheets that were ordered made to measure from a company in london, and had to be fastened to my walls

Does it work? I hate attached properties because of the noise.
