Anyone collect USED stamps for Charity?

I manage the mailroom of a local authority HQ in Scotland, we get loads of stmps and used to save them for a colleague who has since retired. Rather than just bin them does anyone know of a charity who would be able to use them. I will get them posted out to the recipient when we have enough to stuff an A4 sized envelope.

No-one seems to have answered this specific question so far - anybody? Stamps could become quite bulky so I can understand the reason for it.

I collect stamps for a Boxer dog charity and quite often give out SAE.
