That sounds like a plan to me hun :D

Right, you've got a deal. I managed to lose 3 stone last year with no problems at all, so I know I can do this

I seem to have put a stone of it back on in recent weeks, so time to get back to it. Tuesday it is then ;):D

We have done it before with WW ~ I lost 2st, he lost 1.5st

We stopped smoking and have put it all back on plus more, especially him as he hasnt worked for almost a year.

He is full of good intention but lacks the *ooompppphhh* (which I'm convinced is depression but thats a whole new story) he is also a MARE to feed as the sum total of his likes are:
    • Pie
    • Sausage
    • Sunday Dinner
    • Takeaways
Anyway, I'm not talking to him at the mo coz he is living up to his name  :p

Still on for Tuesday though :D

Hi Tig - well done for starting a diary - "precipitating it down".... I like that....

And diets! I only need to lose a tiny bit of weight, its about toning for me really, tbh, but I have to pay really close attention to what I eat cos of ibs and sensitivities and all sorts of things. *Now* I find out I've been eating too much fibre, and in about 3 days, its more or less sorted. Shocking! I thought I knew such a lot about food, turns out I knew nothing at all.

Ah well. Anyway, hope your day is going well! Keep posting!

On the right road though KC :D and I cant wait to get to the point of it just being about the toning ;)

Oh dear ~ I'm crap as describing things :rotfl:

    This is the fella:

Sitting like that ^^ as opposed to sitting up will be less imapct for him so the best way to excercise.

Swimming would actually be the best way but he wont go

    Hopefully the hydrotherapy will help.

We were hoping that he could have a resurfacing op (similar but not a full hip replacement) but his hip is too knackered :(

Was told pretty much that he wont be able to go back to plumbing either so thats his career totally out the window too!!

    Hello you :)

Well, it's about time you had a diary, I have been saying so for months. Good luck with clearing your last little bit of debt, and with the diet (btw, you really don't need to diet).

The idea of sitting down to exercise really appeals to me for some reason..:rotfl:

Anyway, looking forward to reading - happy new diary. :T
