Ohh a shiny new diary, looking forward to reading it Tigs :D

Am I too late for a brew :coffee:

Kettle's always on in here spud :D

    Afternnoon all

Been to the park with the sprogs this morning and a good job too as its now precipitating it down.

Gonna have a quite rest of Sat and Sunday as we're talking the girls to the cost on Monday (but dont tell them its a secret ;))

Then Tuesday the diet HAS to start. Not only because we need to lose weight but MB needs a Total Hip Relacement but he's only 34 so they are reluctant to do it :(

The want to try alternative methods first, losing weight, hydrotherapy, pain meds but even if that doesnt work he would need to be much lighter for the op to go as well as it could ~ so, being that I can afford to lose a few pounds myself I'll be joining him for the moral support.

Gonna buy him a *sit down* excersise bike too but they are £150  Need to chase his £600 tax refund with HMRC for that one   wish me luck!!

Spent too much today (about £50) on food, etc but shouldnt need to spend anything more now other than £1 on the lottery tonight ;)

Bloody hell, I dont half waffle on dont I :D

Good luck with the diet Tigs. Mine was due to start last Tuesday, but I've eaten more carp than ever this week

Aiming to restart Monday now - maybe we can help to keep each other on the straight and narrow ehh :D
Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches

Hi Tig - well done for starting a diary - "precipitating it down".... I like that....

And diets! I only need to lose a tiny bit of weight, its about toning for me really, tbh, but I have to pay really close attention to what I eat cos of ibs and sensitivities and all sorts of things. *Now* I find out I've been eating too much fibre, and in about 3 days, its more or less sorted. Shocking! I thought I knew such a lot about food, turns out I knew nothing at all.

Ah well. Anyway, hope your day is going well! Keep posting!
