I was sure it was BB defo not dial up, wireless BB it was. What i cant get my head around is why i am being charged more for dial up when up to 2MB is free and think that is really my point which ive lost sight of in my correspondence with them,
Right so they have sold you BB and provided wireless. If thats right you HAVE to argue your case as they are in breech of contract.
Ring them (any old number) and request a call back from the comlaints department (the Scottish one

I know lol, I just think it is a blatant mis-sell at no time have they said 'Mr Jones, you realise that we cannot give BB in your area and you will only receive Dial-Up and we will charge you our top whack of £17 for it oh and to really rub your face in it you thick git, our up to 2MB (which is substantially quicker then dial up) service is free you !!!!!!'you are supposed to read the thing first lenny

Hey Tig I have just checked Sky BB availability for my area and this is what is says:
Unfortunately Sky’s Base, Mid and Max products will not be available where you live. Instead, you can get Sky Broadband Connect, which at £17 a month is less than the equivalent BT product.
Surely that is a mis-sell as i am only getting dial upThis is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0
