Seconded. Especially as often it's not hot, but merely warmed through...

Warm tuna reminds me of cat food and hot water, the smell is awful

When it's mixed with something, it's usually OK. Slightly warm, slightly salty (if it has been in brine) tuna stuck on top of an otherwise nice pizza (just so it's *really* awful in comparison) isn't so good...

    Right first of all

Wendy: as soon as I have defrosted my freezer I plan to stock up on allsorts ~ we are currently down to half a pack of onion rings, a lasagne, some chicken portions and some prawns

    WARM TUNA :upchuckingsmiley:

len: current conclusion is SKY ARE SHIIITE ~ since we *downgraded to the £5 a month package we are having real problems connecting, especially at the same time and MB's signal strength is pants!! Dunno how being that the speed, in theory should be EXACTLY the same!! So the plan is to downgrade again to the free package and get Virgin ASAP ~ that also mean cancelling BT which is an extra bonus.
We have always had BB with sky so I cant really answer you're question but !!!!!! £17pcm for dial up ~ you may as well go to Virgin!!
What does the sky website say about dial up charges?

Finally and most importantly can I please ask you all to spare a few thoughts and prayers for my friends little girl. She had major heart surgey last week and today she came off the vent, however she cannot manage on her own and had to be reintubated.
Her heart is fine (looking good in fact) but she has fluid on the lungs and what appears to be a *flu*-like virus ~ treatment has started in order to clear it and hopefully its just about waiting for that to kick and and sitting it out but she is very weak at the mo ~ so my friends, please help me *root* for Baby G.

    Lotsa Luv

Well this is what i Put in my email to them (basically just cut and pasted from Tig's letter)

I am writing with regards to sky broadband for which I have discovered today I have never recieved since I signed up for it.
I pay and have paid since joining you £17 per month for up to 16Mg connection.I was advised tonight by Sky that you are unable to provide any BB services in my area.It appears that you are charging me for a service that you are physically unable to provide and should have advised me of this upon subscribing with sky.I wish for my package to be downgraded to the minimum BB package i.e the free up to 2MB package with immediate effect and to be reimbursed the monies that I have been charged for a service you clearly have been unable to provide backdated to the date I started my broadband contract with you.I expect my requests to be dealt with within the next seven working days. This includes correspondence of some description acknowledging my complaint; otherwise you will leave me with no choice than to contact the regulatory bodies responsible for broadband issue.
