    Oh Dear,

    Just added an item to my order that I forgot yesterday and they are giving me free delivery!

    AND, get this - another free CD radio??

    It seems so wrong to take advantage, doesn't it? they are so nice up at Viking.

    Hope I can sleep tonight. Ifeel like a criminal!

    i have one of these and theres no minimum order for free delivery and if i order before 12.00pm its here same day.
    Im not sure what the criteria is but its worth a try.

    Must have got the only snooty cs operator there. Wouldn't take my order for paper - said it is for 2nd time customers only if the order was over £30 !

    Boo hoo - would have kept the kids happy for hours

    Ring back and speak to someone else then!

    If you have already ordered then tell them that your friend ordered the paper and HIS order was under £30.00 and that he was a new customer and they will oblige.

    If not ring back again and speak to another CSR.

    Actually it was after my complaining in the first place that the chap came back and told me about the paper offer at 9p a ream, to try and placate me.
    I then had the thought to add the CD player code (As originally suggested by owey) at the same time.


    AND IT WORKED!!

    Please can someone post the current Viking offer details for me..

    I know I can get free biscuits and a cd player, please give the offer numbers... and what the conditions are.
