The CSR I spoke to was not too keen to help. He said I could not order the paper at 9 pence because I am new to them.

So I said I would order something today and he said delivery charge is 2.9 pounds.

Isn't delivery charge free for first timer? Thanks in advance.

I managed to sweet talk them to allowing me to order the paper and get the free Radio/ Hifi. I did not get the free postage as I did not realise that this is normal for 1st time orders. Once I get the order I may contact them asking for a refund on the postage?!!

i ordered just now and the paper came to £1.58 4 10 reams once the tax was added.still cheap but how come nobody here has mentioned the xtra?

Ok......believe me when I say I will be happy to be told I'm being daft.........but where does it say 12 rolls of sellotape? I can only see 12mm x 66mm or whatever the size was. Even on the order page it still doesn't say 12 rolls.??????????

I just tried to place an order but because I had used them before as an on-line customer I wasnt allowed to place an order over the phone. When I said the item wasnt available to orer on-line she asked if was the paper i wanted to order and when I said yes she said that was for business customers only Oh well

Just click on the blue highlighjted bit that says the size and it'll take you to a link that details exactly what you get.

I guess the small amount of VAT is inconsequential to most with prices like that.

Surely the VAT on 90 pence cannot be 68 p though??

There are TWO different numbers that you can ring.

Was it the internet one or t'other?
