Just so i don't screw up doing this i have a few questions:

I have never ordered from Viking before, do i have to create an internet account first before ordering by phone? if so, what number do i use as i see in this thread there is 2 listed.

Also, are these the correct codes?

Y29-PRHIFI - hifi
Z29-EAG210 - paper
Q51-57403 - selotape

What is the code for the leather chair mentioned at £29.99?

i ordered Q51 57402 for the sellotape, it's 12 rolls of the small tape for the dispensers (always losing it here!! lol)

timeblast - i was a new customer too, I phoned them on 0800 197 1747 and she opened an account for me on the phone. The codes you have are the right ones but I can't help with the chair I'm afraid although I think it's earlier in this post as they have all been merged. The CSO is really friendly, and I had no problems at all (got a laugh out of her as my order total inc. delivery was £6.66!! hth

Wow!!! I have just placed an order with a very, very nice lady.

No delivery charge because it's my first order - 90p for 10 reams of paper, cd player AND it will be here this afternoon!!!!!!

yep I have to completely agree the viking direct CS are the most helpful and friendly there is staples take note

No you can be a home user. I've been with them for ages and they are a brilliant company to deal with. If you have a business account you view items excluding VAT and if you're a home user the VAT is already added to the price shown.
