Mine finally arrived this afternoon - box had a huge rip in the top of it, but luckily everything was shrink wrapped inside, so nothing got lost (I'm not having much luck with my delivery guys at the moment!! He reckoned they get thrown about a bit when they're put into the trucks). It didn't have any further special offer codes in though.

Edit: Forgot to say, CD thingy was a pleasant surprise - last time I had something similar as a freebie it looked like it had been stuck together from left-over bits by a semi-trained monkey!! This is much better and will not be given to the kids!!

When I first ordered with Viking I didn't receive the offer with my first order, I received a letter with the paper offer through the post.

If they are a bit broken phone CS. I am sure they will send another box out for nothing, Viking are *VERY* good in this respect IMHO.

This explained on the first page of this thread, essentially there is a code which you need to quote when you place an order (over the phone). In theory this can only be used for your second order, if invited to do so. Some people have been able to use it by finding a friendly CS operator and smooth talking them.

I suspect that Viking will withdraw this code quite soon when they discover 1000's of orders for <£5 worth of stuff.
