At 5pm I phoned to order the paper, the sellotape and the free cd player. The woman at the other end of the line asked me where I got the code for the paper, I said from someone at work. (thought it was better than admitting to MSE). She said that it was not available on your first order and then only by invitation - ie if they sent you the code. So I just ordered the sellotape , the smaller one as the other was out of stock apparently. What on earth is going on?

managed to place my ist order for leather chair, paper and stereo.The sellotape was out of stock.

Mine seems to have gone AWOL.

Ordered Friday morning, but haven't received them yet. I have been out and about a bit, so they may have tried to deliver when I wasn't here, but I would expect them to put a note through the door if that was the case.

Ordered 12 rolls of Sellotape, 10 reams of paper and CD player today.

If it helps, when wife phoned, she told them that she had been sent the codes but they didn't work on the web. The CS person explained that if codes like this go on the web, they get sent out to bargain forums and they sell out in minutes which means the regular customers (like us) lose out.

I ordered mine on Thursday night, they tried to deliver today but wasn't in so they left a card. Delivering tomorrow. My dad got his today, he's got nice neighbours who take parcels in unlike me. The chair was great and the cd player was alright too. Fine for the kitchen. Was hoping my order would have been here tonight as I really fancy a biscuit, especially free ones. LOL :cool:

Placed an order online and it went through OK but just checked Order History and it says - SORRY, This product has now been discontinued.

Wonder if they'll send a substitute free gift?

Have you tried ordering it by phone? I think some of the codes were phone only.

Just phoned up and they told me that due the code going on a web forum that this offer had now been stopped and was not longer avaliable!!!!!!! tried to argue with them but all they kept saying was it was no longer avaliable..... oh dear...,
could have done with some paper as I need to stop the kids writing on the walls..... :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad:

Got my paper and boombox today.

Boombox better than I was expecting - plug is a bit cheap, and the whole things stinks of plastic/chemicals, but is well designed, not too flimsy feeling and sounds quite nice.
