Ordered yesterday after two phone calls. The first time the guy said it was for 2nd orders only and I'd aleady placed 2 orders with them - he wouldn't budge!!

Then the 2nd time, the guy kept on asking me where I got the code from? The internet or a promotional magazine? Naturally I said "the magazine" and then he asked where on the magazine the code was............I said............errmmmmm........then he said "Was it on the back?" I said "Yeh" then he asked for a code starting with "P" and I said I didn't have the magazine in front of me............he put me on hold for a short while and then said "That's fine then" and put the order through :)

Does anyone know if the CD player will play CDs with MP3s on them???

I phoned yesterday and the guy would not help. SO i hung up and tried again. This time I was successfull! I ordered the cd, paper and 10 parcel tape that i badly need.I was only charged 49p for the parcel tape and they gave me free delivery ( i thought i was charged yesterday but nope.) .All arrived to day ( fast service) and Im SOOOOO happy. Got loads of paper and I would have paid 99p each for the tape.So BRILLIANT post to all who have contributed, I never believed I would recieve everything but I did. At the botttom of my reciept it says -
    TOTAL VALUE £106.18
    DISCOUNT RECIEVED -£100.16 .
Great, but also now I can deliver from them more often, as I often need packing stuff. It made me smile again ( been a bit depressed) .
    Well done :T

I think they're brilliant :D Everyone I spoke to there has been brilliant even the one who started off a bit ratty but erm, that could be cos I kept changing my mind about how many of each thing I wanted :o

I did apologise as I changed my mind when I found out for instance that their ink cartridge was better value than Tesco's - so I got one more than I originally intended. I do a lot of trade on Amazon these days and share most of the purchases with colleagues at work so will be using again.

Thumbs up from me and this is definitely my post of the month :D

no luck , was told only on 2nd orders. Maybe i have better luck if a guy picked it up.Would i getter a better response if i opened a bussines acc?.
  • Thanks to the contributors, just ordered 10 pads of paper plus the free hi-fi for £4.46. Will have to see the quality of the paper and the hi-fi when it comes through. The lady at the other end was very pleasant - said that the reams of paper at 9p each were proving to be VERY POPULAR today!

have a look at this guide - it tells you how to do it :)
  • I arranged to have my VD order left with a neighbour as I knew I wasn't going to be in. They left the 10 reams of paper, electric free hifi and sellotape out in the rain on my doorstep  It was soaked!

I phoned up and complained, and to give them their dues they are sending another batch, and as a bonus because I was cheeky and asked, they are sending some of those free biscuits to calm me down :o
