Lol, weather wasn't even that nice, just wanted to do something relaxing, invited FIL and brother round and had a really good laugh, something I haven't done for ages. I'm sure it was the first BBQ of the year too as NOWHERE had charcoal except B+Q.
Next on the list is take ebay stuff to post office (sold another phone tonight)
Put loads of stuff on ebay tomorrow( Ive still got shedloads, literally)
Put a light on my van before I throw it back through auctions
Really Important i need to go in and change my address with Lloyds TSB, tried to speak to them re loan payment but as I didn't confirm my address (they still had my old one) they wouldn't discuss it at all. i told the girl oh sorry I have moved, she said "oh sorry, you should have told us, you have to go to the branch and update them"
So not managed to sort out payment arrangement on this yet, but when I do go in I will be doing a SAR, pist me off that much I think I will claim my PPI back on my £10,000 original loan:D definitely mis sold so could be a few quid here.
Need to speak to car finance people re lesser payments on other car while I'm skint but hung up today as in a queue for 10 mins and the BBq was calling:o0 -
WOW! You are an inspiration and endorse what this site is all about..... putting the past where it belongs: the skills you gained to good use and learning from mistakes. You are focused, positive (remain funny) and very driven (no punn intended!)
I know nothing about business, being self employed or taxi driving (any driving for that matter - mine is pants!) but I can spot a star when I see one and I believe that with the help of all these fantastic people on here who are very knowledgable your life will turn around for you before you know it!
If you were a mode of transport I think you would be a cross between a tank (indestructable) a fighter jet (fast and focused) a VW Beetle - with a big smiley face on the bonnet (for your sense of humour!) Am I right in undersanding that only a week ago you decided not to go BR? Look how much you have done in such little time - I'm in admiration!
I will contine to lurk and follow your thread if that's OK, coz as I said you're an inspration.
Lots of positive thoughts coming your way!

Hi Sarah,
WOW, Thanks so much, if I could have hit the thanks button ten times then I would  .
Yes you're right, just over a week ago it was when I decided to blow BR to smithereens and go DFW instead:D
Its the people on here that have inspired and helped me so much, it's funny isn't it. it's like a form of counselling, I'm not the type to sit down and spill all to a complete stranger but on here it's so easy and so rewarding.
Love the tank/jet/beetle thing:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:
Look forward to seeing you lurking on my diary;)0 -

I think the people here are better than counsellors who say "and how do you feel about that" and "what mechanisms do you think you could put in place to help you cope in that situation in future"!!! :rotfl:

For those who have been following me for a while you will know i had offices for my failed business. plan was to empty them today in the Van i am about to sell. Went to start it this morning and the van has fell out with me too:mad:
If you see a man with one eye open, one shut, loading the worldly possessions of an office into a 4x4 and wonder to yourself, why didnt he get a van. It's probably me......

Almost PMSL....Just remember that tomorrow is a new day and a new chance to conquer the world...Good Luck..

Just wanted to say good luck with the taxi driving. My OH is a taxi driver and we are still struggling at the moment but we are getting there! He is a owner driver and prefers it only problem we have had lately is the car has been off road for just over a week as been waiting for garage to get parts, he has still had to pay rent on his radio but we have had no income so are way behind again with all our bills! But never mind like you said in an earlier post they get paid when they get paid! lolTotal Debt [STRIKE]£36323[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]Dec 2012[/STRIKE] £19000 January 20160
