  • Hi well done for posting, you sound really positive you can do this and with that attitude and this site I'm sure you will achieve. Not really got much to add at the moment other than could you not try to sell the X5 to try and make the shortfall less than 6.5K??

    I wish................

    Been offered 11k for it.

Its an 03 silver 3 litre sports injection auto. Basically a thirsty beast!!!!!!!

So hard to shift the petrol ones..

I would still owe more on the finance than the sale value, and couldn't sell it privately due to HPI etc.

Will just bite the bullet on it.

kay sera sera (probably spelt wrong:confused: )

Noticed a slight red eye yesterday, went to boots opticians, I have caught conjuctivitus from my DD who had it last week. No probs.. Put eyedrops in yesterday, woke up this morning and it's official..... I am a cyclops:eek:

One eye will barely open and I look like I've gone 10 rounds with Tyson. Removed the gunk(yuk) more eyedrops and will have to do this every 2 hours, will keep you posted.

For those who have been following me for a while you will know i had offices for my failed business. plan was to empty them today in the Van i am about to sell. Went to start it this morning and the van has fell out with me too:mad:

If you see a man with one eye open, one shut, loading the worldly possessions of an office into a 4x4 and wonder to yourself, why didnt he get a van. It's probably me......

At least i will be making money by ebaying the stuff from the office and also getting bond back too. all helps towards my new career.

    Hi ITBS,

Just a quick one to say excellent that you start that course on Monday, and that you've started this diary. I'll be following it with interest ;)

    Cheers

Nearly finished emptying office.. Stopped when the heavens opened.

Will finish this off tomorrow DEFINITELY.

Got loads of stuff to put on ebay now from this, so i will keep a tally of my ebay earnings( poss in a signature) and use this to pay debt off too.

Going through the office post letter from HMRc re unpaid VAT. They are going to petition to wind up my company. 2 weeks ago before posting on bankruptcy and living with it I would have been pooing myself about this but thanks to the advice on there I now see this as saving me money in paying the fees to do it myself:rotfl: :rotfl:

Sold a laptop that was playing up for £150 so will use this money to pay for the taxi course on Monday.

Knowing that times would be tough until I start earning from the taxiing I canceled Direct Debits the other day.

I have already had the car finance on the phone today and 3 mobile chasing me for payment (God they're quick)

Going to see if i can get the car payments lowered before I voluntarily terminate the agreement and 3 can just wait. I did try and lower the 4 mobile phone contracts i got for the business in my personal name but they were having none of it. Worst case scenario they blacken my credit for a bit and i agree a payment plan.

Isn't it amazing how this board eases the stress of debt. One time I would be petrified, now if its late its late, I will pay it off as soon as I can.

    Eye still killing BTW:cry:

Sold 2 sky boxes on ebay and a mobile phone. Made £182.32:j :j

Got loads to put on ebay over the next few months so will keep a diary of how much I make.

Went to a Skoda dealership today to have a look at the difference between the Octavia and the Superb. Still couldn't decide so this probably means i will go for the octavia as its cheaper:D

While selling on ebay i seen that these are going dirt cheap on there, about the £3 grand mark for a 4 year old.....Now wondering whether to buy one second hand or not:confused::confused:

First day of the taxi course tomorrow so I will speak to the other ppl there and see what they are all doing.

Office nearly empty, eye a little better.;)

    Hello,

I've been following your story with great interest & though don't really have any practical advice, I just wanted to say how much I admire your strong will, focus and sheer determination. Wish I could be more like you and really wish you all the luck in the world, you really do deserve it.

PS hope the eyes feeling better.
