o2 Simplicity

Options
Hi,

Is anyone on the o2 simplicity package, its only a 30 day contract so it appeals to me but I am wondering if the £15 deal includes VAT as I can't see it mentioned on their website. I would be gratefull if anyone has any info on these deals.

I just spotted virgin media are doing a similar 30 day contract deal with 300 mins and 300txts for £15 aswell. anyone now of any other companies doing these?

thanks

Yeah the price you see is the price you will pay, VAT inclusive.
  • virtuallynothing,
if you go for the O2 deal, don't forget to register for O2 Treats when the time comes...

...and then the window licker said to me...
  • Thanks for the replies that has answered my question and the link for freebies is a nice suprise. If anyone has any experiance using or cancelling the o2 contract please reply.
  • Hi,

If you go on simplicicty it is a 30 day rolling contract and you can upgrade at any time..If however you want to cancel you still have to give 30 day's notice..

So if i signed up in a 31 day month could i give notice same day as ordering to only pay for one month? I only need it for one month before i go abroad?

    thanks in advance
  • e_munky,
why not just get a free O2 PAYG sim and put £15 credit on it (if you need that much)? It might be less hassle than getting a credit check done for the sake of one month's use.

Don't forget too that 02 Simplicity has unlimited 02 to 02 calls free! That really can help if you know anyone on 02 mobiles:beer:

  • thats a good point salopman made, for the ultimate in money saving the whole world should join o2 simplicity then we would all never pay for a call again!

I am changing from the Virgin £15 offer to the O2 simplicity deal, because picture messages are included in the text allowance (1 pic mess = 4 text mess). If I stuck with Virgin, I would have to pay for the picture messages.
