Alliance and Leicester Premier 21 and ISA - Any good?

I'm looking at opening an A+L Premier 21 10% savings account and ISA. It appears I don't have to put a certain amount a month in there, and it offers a savings account with card and an ISA also at 10%. Are there any catches with this or any better offers for someone who needs a new bank account and is also lookin to open an ISA?
