    All well and good, but you need to play the game, not go in at full asking straight away. If it ends up at full asking fair enough, but if you can get it for less then do so. Tell her you'll buy her a new kitchen/car/holiday with the money you save. ;)

    how do i come to know about the selling price of the house sold just last month or few weeks back.......

    offer 215 and see how you go.

    i made my first offer of 205000 but was refused and EA asked me to offer atleast 215000 but we raised it by 500£ more latter...
    He is still insisting us to raise more and is saying that he is having another person who is interested in but he want us to give first preference as we r the first time buyer and is having no chain

    We r planning to stop it here as we r not eager to buy it
    We might wait for another 4-5 months
