You will obviousley get what you pay for but the above is a link to B&Bs near Victoria. The first one (Holly House I think) has an ensuite twin for £55 a night.
You could look at laterooms.com - search by postcode of Victoria Station (SW1V 1JU) and then order results by distance from that postcode.
Check for reviews of B&Bs/hotels on Trip Advisor.0 -

Travelodge Wimbledon Morden £29 for 12th May £49 for 13th. Not very central but 5 minute bus journey to tube station (use an Oyster Card). Free Parking at this Travelodge too......0

I am referring to Morden Tube station at the bottom of the Northern Line, not Wimbledon station on the District line......0 -

And that leads me on quite nicely to Mornington Crescent.

tfl are often inaccurate for those times, particularly at the outer reaches of the tube lines.
Victoria, the Victoria line is good, but tends to close early weekdays and at weekends at the moment, so I would steer away from relying on it.
Before booking anything look at planned tube line closures. Near Victoria is dead at night time for restaurants and pubs etc. It's an office area.
I think there are a number of hostels around Earls Court with reasonable accomodation, some may have twin/private rooms, personally that's where I would look.0
