I know there is a new Travelodge opening in May at Euston so that maybe an option and not too pricey aswell if booked in advance. That maybe worth checking out.0

thanks ITF!!!!.
will have a little look on there .
The nearest travelodge to victoria is Drury Lane £85.00 a night.
thanks anyways:hello:0 -
try hostelbookers.com - it's not all hostels btw. Read the reviews carefully as some of the cheaper ones are shared dorms which might not suit. Also yha.org for youth hostels - expect to pay about £20pppn but will be more if you want a family room - these generally include brekkie and are lovely and clean. you don't have to be a member or a youth but if you're not a member there's an extra £3 each to pay IIRC - it might be worth getting membership. for getting around while you're there tfl.gov.uk is the london transport site - it might be cheaper to stay slightly outside of the centre depending on transport links
have a lovely time
I'm going to feed our children non-organic food and with the money saved take them to the zoo - half man half biscuit 20080 -
thanks stefejb,:hello:
Just had a quick look on the site and there is a hostel right by victoria good price for £76 all-in for 2 nts.No private rooms thou only shared dorms and bathrooms.Might be a bit to lively for her indoors

Does it necessarily need to be close to Victoria? Tube travel isn't expensive and by widening the search area you could find a better deal.
There have been several threads recently regarding hotel accomodation in London. If you do a quick forum search it should provide you with lots more info/places/companies to try etc.0 -
