how do I know if I am getting the correct quantity of oil delivered. We have previously had 1000 litre quantities and had a reading of 10 on the watchman, however the last delivery was only reading 8, we are expecting a new delivery today and want to make sure we are getting the full quantity and not being ripped off, also how do you know if the watchman is faulty.

How full/empty was your tank before both of these deliveries. Perhaps last time your tank had less in it than the first delivery. These watchmans are not 100% accurate they give you a rough guide of what is in your tank.

The best way if you have access(lid) to your tank is get a long garden cane, dip it to it hits the bottom of tank & measure it against the outside of the tank & you will get an idea of how much is in there.
