Well the old landlady never paid back the deposit so we're up in court this afternoon.

Mrs Generali is in there right now. I'm very nervous for her. We should be fine as LL hasn't a leg to stand on as she never took an inventory.
Then the next decision will be whether to complain to the police about harassment.0 -

Good luck generali i came out of rented in december, landlord lived in the cottage next door on exit day i knocked next door and he had the cheque waiting for me, having said that i replaced a upvc window for him that had gone faulty and had carpets professionally cleaned every 3 months, think he was sad to see me go .....0

The very same. Actually we ended up in St Albans.
The harassment was pretty minor (she wanted us to sign away some of our rights as tenants) but it was pretty distressing for Mrs Generali at 6 months pregnant. We moved out almost 2 years ago so it's taken a while!0
