Must admit, I think I would have dropped the 2nd best man though. You already have one and you don't need the added stress. If he has personal problems, you may find he'll be relieved to be discharged of his duties. Anyway, just a thought. Some things just aren't worth getting stressed about.

We have 6 months and 1 week to go. We're pretty organised and I'm getting really excited!

Honeymoon - we're having a late honeymoon in Aussie land probably but for now we're having a week in Sharm El Sheik - £525 of clubcard vouchers - total cost £1325 so paying £800 for a week in Egypt, estimate temp 32 (YUM) and we've upgraded the flights and the room to executive super room so I think that's a pretty good price!!
