6 weeks to go!!!

And I'm starting to panic! All the invites have gone out now and I've had the 1st dress fitting. I've bought slimming "nude" high waisted, long legged pants to go under it... yeah I need to get out more
I'm working on the bits of my body I'm not 100% happy with at the gym (as well as having my cheating undies!)
Most of the relatives have accomodation sorted - just need to sort out my dads and his family.
Haven't even got NEAR booking the honeymoon yet! It's just been so far down my priority list!
Maid of honour's dress sorted, gets picked up same as my dress and her shoes which are being dyed to go with her dress.
Still need to sort out hairdresser - but hoping to get something sorted this weekend... fingers crossed! There are loads of hairdressing salons in the next town along from where the wedding is so about 5 - 10 mins by car - not too bad!
Have decided for a part up do - results could be interesting! :rotfl:
Work has definitely got in the way a lot with organising stuff... I'm in Exeter 2 days (1 night) a week at the moment and that means I and pooped the next night too! So that's 2 days and nights with no wedding progress... very fustrating!
On the up - then I can see when I have all this lovely salary coming in and no wedding to pay for I should be able to really whack my debts down very very quickly which is great!
Well what a totally muddled post - never mind - if you've got this far then well done you! :rotfl: I'm gonna go off for another conference call and then the minor matter of a meeting where I am not sure I really underestand what we're trying to get the customer to agree to... that should be fun!

Well done for getting this far without cracking up Tine.

I wish I only had 6 weeks to go then I'd only have 6 weeks and 3 days to my honeymoon It will be so nice to just lay there for 2 weeks and have got past whether everything is sorted and if it's all going to be ok.

Hadn't you better book yours? Where are you thinking of going?

We're only going for one week as we want to go to Australia but the weather will be better there later in the year so we're just having a short break really... Then having a delayed "down under" honeymoon in I think Sept...
For the short break we're thinking about Egypt, but we're not too worried so long as it's warm really

I'm 11 weeks and 2 days away.. we're quite in control, just received printed invitations, going to post them on monday once we've sorted out a gift list, honeymoon was booked about 6 weeks ago (just paid the final installment )

Stuff to do: not much on my part, but my OH needs to find shoes, underwear and loose about a stone to fit into her dress!

Well i have 4 weeks until the Big Day!!!:)

Everything appears to be sorted, i suppose i will find out on the day!

Our honeymoons i going to be in Aus, not too worried about the weather, we get two days in Bangkok and then 4 in Hong hong so we will have heat, I believe the weather in Cairns is pretty guaranteed all year round?

Oh well, if anyone wants and hand holding or tips then please let me know, i am feeling stupidly confident!

Wow 4 weeks seems so close doesn't it? I'm getting more and more nervous about mine now that it's 6 weeks today
Main task to sort this weekend is finding a hairdresser - will try to get that sorted tomorrow. OH has to take his 2nd best man to get fitted for a kilt... if he doesn't turn up this time he's getting dropped on my insistance - and OH is loosing patience too! Been trying to organise this for months and everytime he just doesn't turn up or sends a text saying he can't make it etc. We've cut him lots of slack because he's got some issues with his marriage but he's becoming a huge stress factor now and not what OH needs to be honest.
Also still trying to decide on floral decorations for the tables... ARGH!

It's 6 months tomorrow for us and I'm already so nervous!

We're having best man trouble too, ours has said he might not be able to do it because of illness in the family but that was before christmas and still no update. It's driving OH up the wall not knowing what to do about suits etc but at least we still have quite a bit of time. If it gets to 6 weeks before the wedding and we still don't know then I imagine OH would make the choice for him too!

I tell you it's getting silly really!!! They're supposed to be there to help the groom but this one is causing so many headaches it's just not funny...
GAH! I mean my maid of honour is in the RAF and she's around more than this guy is!

My romantic ideas of cream coloured lacy underwear disappeared when I tried my dress on for the first time and you could see my underwear through it! I had to buy flesh coloured shorts and matching strapless bra, not very sexy!

mine is 6 months yesterday and i can't wait, i'm starting to worry about the stationery but i know i'll be fine in the end. Need to get my hairdresser booked in, i'm pencilled into her diary but i wan't to confirm the details.

No I'm a 9th of May bride 3 years and a day from when we first met We'd have had the 3rd anniversary but a thursday seemed a little anti social
