    no - not at all - not sarky at all , - i expressed a genuine feeling and i hope your new lodger brings you both good fortune - on a forum its hard when typing communications which relate to feelings - i really wish you well if you are trying to help this person - even if he takes advantage of you - you will have offered him a home from the goodness of your heart - and thats a great thing to do on trust.

    sometimes its good to trust strangers ....
