    Hiya,
I'm thinking of going to LA from London at the end of October/beginning Nov, returning from San Francisco to London mid-Nov. Cheapest I've found so far is about £380 but it's with a stopover and it's with Delta Airlines. I've never flown to the US before so just wondered if anyone had any advice.

Delta are fine to fly with, we flew twice last year and April this year and are going with them in October, the cabin crew were very friendly and enjoyed having a joke with you, unlike B.A who seem to think they are superior to everyone. The meals were ok for airline food, I don't know which hub they will use, Atlanta is one of the busiest airports to get through and can take ages, so allow plenty of time to connect, you will have to pick up your bags after going through immigration and check them onto the next flight, expect long queues.

Airline network are very helpful for flights and car hire, they have special deals for cars at the moment, check them out on the web site, or phone them on 0800 727747 and tell them what you want to do.

    Hope this helps
