I used the temporary unlock code on the sticky thread but my phone is stuck on limited service on both old and new sim. How do I get rid of this? CPW won't show me how to restore factory settings.

    you need to restore the imei back to the phone as you have erased the imei. you will need specialist software to restore the imei

    enter *#06# and you will see 15 0's which has effectively made the phone barred until you get the imei restored
