Icesave ISA

I would like to transfer my exsisting ISA which has a few hundred in the account to Icesave.
I notice that the account requires £1000 to open, but what about transfers, can this be any amount? Or would I have to top up my exsisting ISA to the £1000 limit before transfering to Icesave?
Thanks
