Service level and Orange

My original reasons for going to Orange were the level of the service they provided as well as their customer satisfaction they WERE the best by a long way in my opinion.

I have revised my opinion. I find my individual complaints fall on deaf ears and my loyalty (over 10 years) counts for nought.

I want to know is there a way of bringing this fact to their attention as the new corporate entity that has swallowed Orange seeks to just milk this cash cow!

OR again am I mistaken? Do others share my opinion?

    Hi

You don't say what your issue is. Have you had a problem that you feel Orange has not listened to? If you have an issue that needs to be resolved and the person that you speak with cannot help ask to speak with their manager. It maybe that you are directing your frustration to the wrong person. For instance if you dispute your bill you need to speak with someone who is trained in that area and not someone in collections.

    good luck
