Does anyone else have next door neighbours who neglect their gardens??

I am one of those neighbours
I actually really like gardening but I don;t have a lot of time to do it and weeds grow like mad here so it gets out of control and then I can;t face it. I get depression as well and I sometimes find it so hard to do things even like eating and going to work.
