Moto A1000
Hi all,
to be part of the tech. i upgraded my phone to moto A1000. i was told that this can be used a navigation system. i was told that i need to basically download the route map which cost 25p approx or use a sat nav memory card.
can anyone please enlighten me? also what are the possibilities / add ons to use sat nav with a1000...

THere are two options, mapping software such as nhgps (costs about 20 quid), download your own maps or they can be purchased or sat-nav (gives you directions) software - I think a version for symbian uiq phones has been released but probably costs over 100 quid including uk map. Check out https://www.a1k.co.uk for much more info on this and everything else a1000I think....0

Go to https://www.nhgps.com
Download the program and install (via the desktop sync). Its got a free 13 day trial then its 25EUR for a full (life-time) licence.
I've been using it for a few months now, great because it uses the built-in GPS of the A1000!!
