E2save cashback claim months

Options
I bought a phone from E2save recently. Just after my order was approved, I received an email about the terms for cashback. It says that I have to make the first claim after 6 months (180 days), which is somehow like the one for price-match offers. However, when I received my paper order, it says the first claim should be by sending the 6th bill, which I think would be the one after 5 months. There is one month difference, and could have my claim void.

Wonder if any one had the same problem! Want to get help in the forum firstly before ringing them up, which would normally take ages to get through.

Cheers

Jianping

Read the threads. For starters it's NOTHING like the price-match t&c; you obviously don't understand those either! they saw claim 1 after four months among MANY other differences. You haven't done your research and I've stopped repeating all the information for those who expect others to do it for them. There are LOADS of threads on them on here. Search and read. Don't take out any cashback deal unless you already know exactly how it works and where the traps lie or be prepared to get stuffed by the dealer.
  • Thanks for your reply! But my question is still not answered.

By the way, I do understand how cash back works, having been using it for a few years. Just noted the problem with the latest order as discussed in my original message. Hope someone can clarify. Thanks

    I've been Money Tipped!
Send your biil at 6 months - not before. Make sure the bill is no older than 28 days when they recieve it.
What was your connection date and when are your bills dated???
