Need to go and put duvet on the bed as have been meaning to do that for the last three hours!
Which has just reminded me of a question. Being a, err, multi-unskilled man with not much idea
, when you wash a quilt, do you wash the whole thing or just the cover?
Presumably a clean cover will mask any, err, undesirable fragrances?

Calling Gingham or Pink or any board guide, for my sanity and nerves, can you please remove all offending posts from yesterday's thread please. I can't cope with these comments. Those of us who were involved have where necessary apologised. There is no more we can do...
Pink and Gingham are both out tonight so you'll have to email the MS team or Abuse.

Welcome Tw1nkle and triage
GR ... totally agree with your post but not going to comment any further as you said it all
Martyn ... just the cover and then if need be take the quilt itself to the dry cleaners
OS wise tonight ... I have dismantled a dining set, packed 11 boxes, tidied all rooms (apart from mine) ready for cleaning (and delegating cleaning
) in the morning .... still to do tonight in the 10 mins before the Apprentice starts .. put bicarb in fridge and freezer, fold one dry load of washing and put away, hang up 2 wet loads and iron what needs ironing out of them. I'm tempted to pack the baking trays, tubs and everything out of that cupboard and not do anymore baking until I've moved but that may be 6 weeks away so maybe a bit premature. Anyway better get a move on xx JUST DO IT ONE BRICK AT A TIMEPROUD TO BE DEALING WITH MY DEBTSWeekly Budget: groceries£50/petrol£50/Unnecesary£15DEBT PAID = 58% (£4,212/£8216):T0
