    DON'T agree to a mutual...that way you have the satisfaction of knowing that seller has had to pay the fees.

    It makes no difference either way to you as you already are confident that there will be a tit for tat neg.

    Close, but no cigar - the feedback window is reducing to 60 days, so if the buyer waits till when this comes out, they will have lost their opportunity. Likewise, the policy has not been fully clarified yet, but it is intimated that one-way feedback will only apply to transactions completed after this date. Older transactions can still have two way feedback - as usual though, there are mixed messages from ebay staff on this matter.

    Besides, do you not think it is right that the seller is negged sooner rather than later to prevent other buyers getting suckered in the meantime?
