Can anyone help please.
I have just replaced my old storage heaters and am on E7 . The new heater is connected through 20 amp double pole switches which are wired back individually to seperate fuseboard which is controlled by economy 7 nightswitch(or whatever it is called).
The disc on the heater is spinning around very fast until 9am in the morning so does anyone know what is happening/wrong?

There's not necessarily anything wrong. It may be that the timeclock on the meter is slow, meaning that you get your 7 hours of cheap rate units slightly later than normal.
As long as the storage heaters aren't charging up on daytime units there's nothing to worry about. To check this there should be an indicator somewhere on the meter or the time switch to show whether its recording day or night units.0 -
Thank you, i will have a look and double check.0
