Meyer Prestige stainless steel are beautiful pans. Not a great fan of non-stick but I do use one for custard or frying eggs and pancakes0

I've got the tefal non stick red spot in 3 different sizes and all they're great.I use wooden utensils that don't scratch the surface cos I melt plastic ones:D I think they're on special offer in woolies atm too0

Had loads of frying pans and have a Steller stainless one, but things do stick, so don't use it for 'full fry breakfasts'.
Best pan we have for frying are the paella pans I bought from Valencia or the £4 black iron pan I bought from Makro! Both have been used for years and have now developed their own non stick surface as after use they are simply wiped clean. We use them for cooking items in the oven too as they don't have long handles - they are excellent for making massive Yorkshire puddings!0 -
Previous contributors have mentioned that overheating teflon coated pans damages the coating - Green Pan use a coating they call Thermalon which is a ceramic (i.e. not Teflon which is PTFE).
This is much more heat resistant - can be put in the oven.
I currenlty use Asda anodised frying pans which are really very good - I may switch to Green Pan if the reviews are good - anybody used one?0
