mini stocks and shares isa charges question

hello
i have a quick question concerning a mini stocks ISA i want to set up before the fiscal year ends. it is simply that, as i only have £2000 to invest at the present time by opening the ISA, will i then be able to put the remaining £2000 in when i have it in a couple of months time? and if so would i be likely to have to pay much more in the way of fees than had i just started off with the full £4000?
ideally i would like to invest the whole £4000, i simply don't have that much cash just now.
sorry but i've tried googling and not having much luck.
thanks in advance

Your allowance is around for each tax year, so if you don't fully fund it in one year, it doesn't roll over to the next year. You would have your new allowance for the next year as normal.
The fee structure will vary between providers. Selftrade have a fixed annual charge (£25) regardless of the amount in the ISA. Other charges will depend on what you are trading etc.Debbie0
