Make an appointment or ring one of the debt charities ASAP You will find their number on fermi or tigerfeets signiture. Do it sooner rather than later please! They are the best to advise you then we can all help with the less "legal advice". Goodluck you have taken a step in saying you are in trouble that is often the worst step for many.DalipFree impartial debt advice available from: National Debtline - Tel: 0808 808 4000 | The Consumer Credit Counselling Service (CCCS) - Tel: 0800 138 1111 | Find your local Citizens Advice Bureau

Hi and welcome to the board.
The first thing you need to do is seek professional help. Contact one of the debt charities in my signature and go through your situation with them. They will talk you through all your options.
If they advise bankruptcy then we can help and support you through the process.
EDIT: Also check out Gamcare to help you with your gambling problems.

Aww honey, you must be under tremendous pressure dealing with this on your own. I hope you get some answers here, coz I know you will get support and not be on your own now.0

You never know she might surprise you. Show her you are taking steps to sort out your problems with the appointment to CCCS and see what Gamcare can do for you as well.BSCno.87The only stupid question is an unasked oneLoving life as a Kernow Hippy0
