Tesco Customer Services says no refund on faulty goods if no receipt!

    This is a bit naughty but why doesn't the OP go and buy another set of the knives. Then take the faulty set back with the receipt from the new set and get a refund?

    Oh - err - I just spent 15 minutes posting something but its gone! Well a bit troleyed now (probably explaining why its not here) so will post it again tomorrow.
