A bit late now but if the OP comes back on...

The reason the promo box disappeared was because of the sale. The same thing happens to me whenever the sale first goes online, they remove it so that delivery has to be paid for.

It's showing on the sign in page again so if you've not yet ordered you should be able to use the code now.

Another reason for the promo box disappearing is if you go to the website through a referral/cashback link, like quidco. If you think it might be because of using a referral link then just clear your cookies before going back onto the Next site.

Tried logging in through Quidco and without still no promtional code box for me, amy ideas ?

If you buy from Next through a cashback site you won't be able to use the free P&P codes. They will let you have either or but not both. Hope this is helpful.

Another way for free delivery is to order the products you want in your local store. It takes 3 - 5 days for your delivery but you have to collect from store it's not a home deliver.

Or you can order instore and get next day delivery to your home for an extra £2

either way, it's usually £3.95 online for delivery so order from your store!!! just take down the 6 digit number on each item you want from website.
