    I often have the problem of no promotional box. Whenever this happens I just email them with the code and they credit the delivery charge back into my account.

    Cheers for that. I can never find where your supposed to put the code when ordering online. Do you have to phone Next to place an order for it to work?

    Just you try to use it to order flowers. I've done it and its not valid for flowers. I'm waiting for next to call me back. I can't see anything on the offer to say that.
