    thanks for this.I too was sent an email with code but when I go to checkout I can't find where to put the code :confused: Can anyone help please.I am as far as confirmation and I'm guessing if I click to confirm my order then I will be charged postage!
    lost my way but now I'm back ! roll on 2013

    You put the code in the box on log in page, strange but thats where it asks for it. :confused: Log out and try again. ;)

    Hi, where do you enter the code? I cant see anywhere on the log in page for a code.

    I have the option to enter my customer number, date of birth and postcode but I cant see any other places to input information.

    I only have this too so i am going to ring them.I was told the voucher code box is shown under postcade but I hasve nothing there.

    Log out of your account, clear your cookies and log in again. The box for the code would be in your login page.

    the promotional code goes in a box when you log on to your account, when you reach checkout.

    When I don't get the promotional code box I place my order paying the delivery code. I then email next explaining that the box wasn't showing and they always refund me the delivery charge back to my account.

    thanks for this I emailed them too and they credited my account.I now have a box to put in the code too :)
