2x25 for me, making a total of just £100 over six draws on 50k.

For this financial year and I am on £350 return on £28,500. So that’s 1.23% return on the year - with still one chance left for a big win! :)
  • Why did you cash in? You may have missed the January million.

I knew that I had a chunk of cash coming in and wanted an unbroken series of numbers as I like to keep things 'neat'.

Yes I could have won a million in January's draw, but I might not have and only won £25 instead of £100 in the February draw. Who knows?

I might have won the lottery last Saturday if I'd bought a ticket too! :p

Well, you weren’t in so you couldn’t win. Either you believe premium bonds are a good idea or you don’t.
Yes, you probably wouldn’t have won the million, but you might have got a few hundred.

Your £30k had an expected return in January's draw of £25. So you've effectively paid £25 to have a neat list of irrelevant numbers???

But if he had stuck it in Marcus he'd be £37.50 up :p
  • Yay! Three lots of £25 on £10k. :)
