It does lurch around a bit: nothing in May, and then 5 £50 wins in June!0

£200 this month on £25k and £29k.Prize every month so far.Feel like making a more ``sensible`` investment but don`t see anything attractive at the mo.0

congrats! I've got £1k but nothing for past 2 years - for their odds of 1 to 24000 I should have got at least one prize in the last 24 months with average luck  but then I don't have luckPobby wrote:£200 this month on £25k and £29k.Prize every month so far.Feel like making a more ``sensible`` investment but don`t see anything attractive at the mo.

I have had £20k in PB's since February '04 and have regular wins of £50 or £100 a month. I have my winnings re-invested and now hold £22,400.
Still waiting for the 'big win' though.0 -
Good luck to you Vicki!0

Remember reading somewhere a while back that once you have over a £1000 invested the odds mean that you are likely to get on average a 5% yearly return. Be hey, I guess it all depends on luck. I opened with £100 and am drip feeding in £50 a month a the moment, so don't expect to win anything for a while but don't see too much problem with bonds as an alternative no risk investment0

I do look for the bigger prizes, but don't for the smaller ones, I like to wait to see if I'll get one in the post, it makes a nice surprise.

Waited for the post, and today found out I had won £50 again (reinvested in PBs). :j
Now only half a month to wait to see if I've won the 'big' one. :rotfl:0 -
Me too, though one month I won 3 x £50!davelewis wrote:Holding £30k
Seem to win consistently £50 to £100 most months. But have never won a prize greater than £50 in value :-(
Can't believe they reduced the interest rate to 2.95% but increased the number of £50 prizes! :mad:Kavanne
Nuns! Nuns! Reverse!

Best month ever was 3 x £50 and a £100 = £250 on £30K
I'd just treat it as a bit of fun, and more viable than sticking £5 on the lottery each week.Tight fisted accountant since birth.0 -
We have had no luck for months-
me last £50 in Jan 2005 on holding of £3360
OH last £50 in March 2002 on holding of £750
I was regularly getting £50 each month for a couple of years then zilch but some has been there a long time so just keep hoping one of us will strike gold but not holding my breath!!0
