£0 for me on a FH. That's my first blank in 2026, but fourth blank over the last 12 months. FH throughout. Rolling 12-month total is £1350 or 2.7% return. Now in full dither mode about whether to cash them in and put into fixed rate savings.
OH won £125 on his FH.

I don't get the envelope reference, what's that relating to?

I assumed it meant warrants, but thought they were phased out??

I think they still issue them, but wouldn't have expected them to be arriving this early in the month? Having said that, re-reading the poster's reference to further prize allocation, it could imply that they were actually talking about last month rather than this month…

I also pondered cashing out last night, as also 4 blanks in the last 11 months. But I'm now a higher rate tax payer so a few more sums to consider before cashing out.
We are planning a big holiday in 2 years time so I'm thinking it'll just make it easier to withdraw some of the money or upgrade whatever holiday we choose when we come to book

Agreed, the wording was a bit off and assume the month was over July and August??
I can't remember when the warrants used to come through before we went to a nominated account. Definitely not this early though

Full holding all invested in late April this year:
June: £175
July: £50
August: £500 -
They eventually uturned on phasing them out, but only after a lot of time had passed and most people had given their bank details. This included a relative of mine with no internet access having to set up to manage via telephone and give bank details that way. Once they have your bank details, there is no going back to warrants.
If you transact with NS&I, even if you aren't buying new bonds, you are forced to give your bank details. Another relative won last year and received a warrant, but was then advised that Lloyds Bank were withdrawing the pay in via Post Office service later in the year. She had £300 in, so the win was an unlikely one and she thought it would solve the problem sending in a form for reinvested prizes going forward. The form was one I had used before and NS&I wrote back refusing to action it until an enclosed form with bank details on was filled out, despite the fact that a) The chances of her winning enough to go over maximum holding are infinitesimal and even if she did, they'd be contacting her before paying it anyway as it would be a larger prize b) She was uncomfortable with sending her bank details by post (this is someone who doesn't have a chequebook and purchased her bonds from the Post Office) and c) It required another stamp at her expense, as they did not include a prepaid envelope.

£75 on £10k. I won £275 on £10k in its first 12 months, despite the last seven months being blanks. This "new year" has started well for me, with £150 last month and now this £75. All told I'm about where I would have been with £10k in a savings account, so I'm happy with that.
