Like other regulars I stayed up until midnight but only got results this morning🙂

    £150 on FH

Takes year from last April to 3.9%. Am happy with that given it’s tax free and ISA allowance used up.

For the benefit of those who, like me, were beginning to think some of the larger prizes were an enigma or some sort of fiction:

    Mar 25 - 1 x 10,000
                   1 x 100
                   2 x 25

    Feb 25 - Nil
    Jan 25 - 1 x 50

All of the above is on a full holding.

For comparison, last year’s total winnings on a full holding was £1,775.

    Wow! Congrats!

    Hi All,

I have a question. Someone mentioned that having the money separately helps. Is this true? I have the full £50k split into three amounts: £25, £25,000, and £24,475. Does this make any difference?

I would have liked to reinvest my wins, but I am already maxed out at £50k. Will I have the same numbers each month? My colleague is confusing me.

    Thanks.

I don't think it makes any difference what batches you have.  When I first bought £50k, I did it in smaller batches to spread the numbers, but don't think it made any difference.  I currently have mine in 3 batches and the results seem to be spread pretty evenly across them in proportion to their size.  One batch has had more, but smaller, prizes, but there's not much difference in the totals.

Yes, you have the same numbers every month - they stay with you until you sell them.  If you log in to your account you can download your bond record and that gives you the numbers.  If you buy £1000 of bonds in one transaction, you'll get individual bonds with 1000 consecutive numbers, so it would show as a range.

    Your colleague is himself confused.

    It makes absolutely no difference.
