It is very difficult to get any decent deals on the O2 Leisure Time (1000 mins) contract without cash-back.

You can try this offer from Mobile Shop £4.99 line rental for 12 months by redemption. The phone is very basic though...

I am into my 2nd year of the contract so have been fortunate enough to have been offered half price line rental (£10) for 12 months & double mins and txts for 6 months without cash-back.

I haven't upgraded the phone yet but have been told that I can do that at anytime. I know it's going slightly off topic but what I am saying is that you have to pay well over the odds in the 1st year before you can get a good deal with a decent phone.
