O2 log in problems

For a couple of weeks I have been unable to get into "View my O2" and "View my bill" after having logged in to my account on O2. I have sent them a message but had no reply. The following is the reponse I get from their web site. What action can I take?

The best thing to do is contact o2 via phone to report the problem, they dont seem to reply to emails. It's free to call 202 and just follow the prompts till you speak to someone

Not had any issues logging in over the last few weeks,

Regarding the above post, never had a problem with getting replies to emails
but if it`s an urgent problem for you, a phone call is normally best

I also have no problems logging in, but for my many account problems (retentions deal not applied correctly) calling them works best
